Since all of our products are custom-made based on your selected model, they are not suitable for resale. Therefore, refunds requested due to personal reasons are only accepted within 24 hours of placing the order and before production begins.
If you accidentally choose the wrong model or style, you may request a one-time free modification before the item is shipped. However, if you realize the mistake after receiving the product, you have to keep it, but you may opt to pay 50% of the original price again to have a corrected version re-made and shipped to you.
If the error is on our part—such as sending the wrong model, producing the wrong style, or if the package is damaged or lost during transit—we will remake and resend your order at no additional cost, or issue a full refund if you prefer.
