By using or ordering from the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision, please do not use the Site.

1. “Services” refers to all functions provided by the Site, including but not limited to online sales, payment processing, and customer support.
2. “Products” means all cream-glue handmade and related items sold through the Site.
3. “User” or “you” means any individual or entity using the Site or purchasing Products.

2. Eligibility

1. You represent and warrant that you meet the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction to enter into binding contracts, or that you have authority to act on behalf of an entity that does.

4. Orders & Payment

1. Once you submit an order, it is considered an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order after verifying inventory and payment.
2. Accepted payment methods may include credit cards, PayPal, and other third-party payment processors as displayed at checkout.
3. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and do not include import duties, taxes, or customs fees, which are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

5. Shipping & Delivery

1. Please refer to our Shipping Policy page for full details before placing your order.
2. We are not liable for delivery delays due to force majeure events, including but not limited to adverse weather, customs processing, or other unforeseeable circumstances.

6. Returns & Refunds

1. Refunds for personal reasons may only be requested within 24 hours of placing the order and before production has begun.
2. If you choose the wrong model or style by mistake, you may request a one-time free modification before the item ships. After delivery, correction requests require payment of 50% of the original price for remanufacturing and re-shipping.
3. If an error is our fault (e.g., wrong model produced, damage or loss in transit), we will remake and resend your order at no additional cost, or issue a full refund upon your request.

7. Limitation of Liability

1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, data, or business interruption) arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
2. These limitations do not exclude our liability for personal injury or death caused by our negligence, or other liabilities that cannot be lawfully excluded.

1. These Terms are governed by the laws of Fuding City, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
2. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Fuding,Fujian,China.
